Herbed Garlic Oreganata
A classic Italian oil with a delicious herbal taste. Use to brush fish or poultry before cooking, as a dressing for salads, or add to your sauté pan as a base for cooking vegetables or greens such as broccoli rabe, spinach or mustard greens. (Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Thyme, Oregano, Garlic, Black Peppercorns, Onion Flakes, Kosher Salt)
Roasted Garlic Arrabiata
This oil was created to infuse dried pasta after boiling and straining, and provide an alternative from using marinara or meat sauces. After tossing the pasta with the arrabiata oil add finely grated pecorino or parmesan cheese, and fresh black pepper. Infused with garlic, red pepper flakes and kosher salt. Classic Spanish Oil
The Spanish oil has a beautiful dark red color, and a late smooth peppery taste. Brush over Pork Shoulder (Pernil), Chilean Sea Bass or Wild Salmon before cooking, or add to your sauté pan and drizzle over scallops and shrimp to pan fry. Herbed Italian Peppercorn
The Herbed Italian Peppercorn is a mild, olive green oil with a nice balance of rosemary, garlic and oregano. This oil can be used for the same types of foods as the Herbed Garlic Oreganata. Rosemary Fleur de Sel
Well balanced, delicious olive oil infused with fresh rosemary, garlic and French grey salt. This oil pairs particularly well with fish such as flounder, tilapia and orange roughy, or use to dip Italian, French or Ciabatta breads.
