• Patrons will be able to visit us at the following farmers market locations. Olive oil tastings with breads will be provided throughout the day and our oils will be available for purchase.

• Event: Pennings Indoor Winter Farmers Market

• Each Saturday through March 26, Pennings Orchard and Farm Market will host an indoor farmers market event with guest vendors, musicians, and food tastings. Chef James of The Gourmet Exchange will be at each event sampling a selection of infused olive oils and bread tastings.



• The featured oils at these events will be:

• - Herbed Italian Peppercorn
• - Annatto Oil

• Cherished Creations, Inc. is a non profit organization who will be hosting an annual Wine Tasting Event located at the Grand Summit Hotel in Summit, NJ on Friday, March 25th 2011. Their mission is to create better lives for seriously ill children and the underprivileged.


• Chef James of The Gourmet Exchange will be a guest vendor serving a selection of Infused Olive Oils with Artisian breads, along with several Hors d'oeuvres.


• Tickets are on sale at the Berkeley Wine Company, located at 500 Springfield Ave. Berkeley Heights, NJ. You may call Cherished Creations at (908) 790-0616.


• Tickets for this event will be $55.00 in advance or $65.00 at the door.

• Event: South Orange House Tour

• Organization: South Orange Historic and Preservation Society
• May 21, 2011 Time and address will be updated as soon as details are finalized.


• The South Orange Historic and Preservation Society will host their Annual Tour of Historic Homes in South Orange, NJ on May 21st, 2011. Chef James of The Gourmet Exchange will return for his second tour of duty for this event. He will be serving several Hors d'oeuvers with a complimentary dessert for the guests throughout the day.
