Company Bio

The Gourmet Exchange is a specialty food business created by James Grier, Jr. James is a self taught chef who’s career began with Williams Sonoma in 2004, performing cooking demonstrations in New Jersey, Manhattan and Upstate New York. His background also includes experience as a personal chef and caterer for private dinner parties, special events and fundraisers.

The mission of the Gourmet Exchange is to create innovative, high quality food products for home cooks, chefs and restaurants. The first line of products from the Gourmet Exchange are infused olive oils, made with a combination of dried herbs and spices. The infused oils combine herbs such as thyme, rosemary, oregano and garlic, all purchased from local farms.
